Looking for Software

I have a number of casette tapes (not music, however). I'd like to convert them to CDs. Can someone recommend some software that does this?

GoldWave (http://www.goldwave.com). I love this program. It doesn't care whether the input is vinyl, cassette, CD(!), the audio portion of mpeg video; music, not music, whatever.
