The Age of Asparagus

My favourite soup in the whole wide world is cream of asparagus. I've found a handful of places that make really good cream of asparagus soup. But I've never found a tasty pre-made cream of asparagus soup that I could heat in my own home.

So today I decided to make cream of asparagus soup. I've never made a soup from more-or-less scratch before. It was yummy, but not quite the right colour.

I think that some cream soup needs to be on the menu in the upcoming few days.
