A new survey shows Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto parked among the top five cities in North America when it comes to traffic delays.

Vancouver is second only to Los Angeles in the 26 cities tallied in a traffic-congestion survey from GPS firm TomTom covering the second quarter of this year.

I would like to suggest that these survey-makers have never been to Pòtoprens.

Montreal worse than New York? I doubt it. Which in turn has me doubting the other claims.

Gosh, I never thought of Haiti as being in North America. That's just DUMB, I realize, but still, it's true.

What I was going to say was that the survey makers have never thought of Haiti as being in North America. And it's way more their job than it is yours to know what area they are evaluating.
