Is it still called the Uncanny Valley if the image isn’t computer-generated — just Photoshopped into unnatural plasticity?

I'd say no--the UV is about synthesizing that looks real, whereas 'shopping a picture is about reducing the realness of a "real" picture, in this case. Call it surrealism?
