He's pretty putrid, that's for sure.

Thomas is racing him, and if you want to go back in history, back in the 20s James McReynolds refused to appear in the Official Court Portrait because he would have had to stand next to the Jew Brandeis.

Roger Taney, who wrote the majority opinion in the Dred Scott case, is my vote for worst of all time, but Scalia is definitely in the bottom five.
