And what is "nog", anyway?

Help me, oh great Intertubes. I know that non-dairy Eggnog exists. But where does one find this?

(I love Eggnog, but it totally disagrees with my otherwise mild lactose intolerance).

I was chatting with someone at my coffee shop, and they said there was soy-based egg nog at the Sobey's. They also said it was terrible.

loblaws carries some as well... i recall it being delicious, actually.

My sister is lactose intolerant--I don't know why I didn't catch that--and a couple of years ago, I think, I got her soy eggnog. I've never heard whether she liked it, which probably means she didn't.
