Awful Comics

So, because I did all my serious planning and careful consideration about my schedule on Bizarro world, I signed up for another class. Well, more of a workshop. Seven weeks on pencilling the comic page.

Tonight was the first class, and I discovered exactly what doesn't work for me: being handed a script and character models, and being expected to pencil on the spot for an hour and a half. I like to reflect. Think. Hone my ideas. Look up reference material. That sort of thing. My stuff tonight was awful. Sigh. I'm in the bottom quartile.
