So I'm taking a two-day first aid course. It's something that I wanted to do, and so I'm doing it.

Our instructor had us do CPR practice for so long that everyone in the room was exhausted afterward. And apparently that only took four minutes.

When I retook CPR last year they no longer taught us to do the breaths--apparently it's too much to remember with too little effect. Breathing *and* compressions is so much harder than just compressions--but just compressions is plenty hard!
