This turned out to be a really interestingly understated story. It's a story about a Canadian living in occupied France during WWII, but I don't think it uses any of the usual WWII tropes.
The artwork is in a really simple black-and-white style, and the story jumps back and forth a number of times. Its key message caught me a bit off-guard, and I was really struck by the ending. Nice.
