At work. We've arranged for a person to come in to teach us once a week.
Uh. I don't know that. (Aaaaaaaaaaahhh!)
I've only had my first session, and I know almost nothing.

I've been trying to do some yoga but it seems all the instructional videos I've found so far are "power yoga", which is tough on my back.
My favorite pose is(don't know what it's called):
Bend at the waist, one hand on the floor, body twisted upwards with one arm up.
