Overdose of "Trading Spaces" Hormones

Stupid me: I wasn't sufficiently paying attention to things and I didn't find out about yesterday's protest at the US Embassy until late Friday. I already had plans to go to the Interior Design show with Ldot. It feels kinda shallow to look at furniture rather than protest the war.

I find it interesting that Space: 1999 was pretty close to accurate about what the high-fashion furniture styles were going to be right now.

I hear you, about the planning. I had already promised my daughters I'd see them on Saturday, so I couldn't go to the protest either. I only found out about it late on Thursday, and that was too late to change plans for my kids.

But my thoughts were with the protesters yesterday.
