I don't think I've ever encountered "Compares transitioning to some other optional safety law/procedure, like seat-belt laws" before. I'm not even sure what that means. But that is also to say that I think I've encountered everything else on the card.
"But if the government didn't make rules about seatbelts, more people would die in traffic accidents. Clearly the Benjamin Standards are just like that. You'd have some people who wouldn't follow the standard, 'cause they think they're too cool for that, and then a great big mack truck will crush their gender identity in a 12-car pile-up."
That's comparing rules about transitioning to traffic safety rules. Is that what the card meant? And: was that an actual example? Someone actually said that to you?
