We had seven different buyers looking through the house tonight. We've already scheduled seven more for tomorrow. That's fourteen in just over 24 hours. House-sellin' stuff is nail-biting.
Congratulations on listing it! Obviously the market is still good, though people are talking about it going down. (I'm waiting for that before I buy anything... if I buy anything at all! I hate house maintenance & renovation.)
Good luck figuring out what stuff to keep. I find it's much easier to move the (small) items and sort through them after I move, when stress is lower. (When I moved from Ottawa to Toronto, I got rid of LOTS of things that I soon replaced. I should have shipped everything, but I was trying to be a minimalist. Hah.)
