Where does your compromise begin?

So contractor-guy screwed us over one final time. Got another gig and bugged out. (BC rolls her eyes. For days and days. And vibrates and yodels and breaks the ten commandments).

We're quickly stripping down our house-readiness criteria. And we're afraid that the market's gonna change. I don't think we can wait any more.

Once again, there was a massive paint-a-thon going on at the house this weekend. Although not entirely finished, I think the mainfloor kitchen is looking better than it ever has. It has dreadful 80's-style cupboards, and a Brazil-esque duct running through it. I painted two of the walls orange (yes, orange), and oddly the cupboards don't look anywhere near as ugly. (Or maybe there's less contrast between frightening and ugly, so it doesn't stand out, or something).
