While I can't fault her logic, most of the things I hear about how unions are HORRIBEL AND TERRIBUL AND OFFUL are anecdotes.

The fact that bus drivers are entitled to breaks (and that that right is guaranteed in provincial law, not in a union contract or practice) is, of course, irrelevant.
