WTF indeed. Even if we ignore the "BC" for the moment, on the grounds that it's clearly not you and reading it as the province doesn't help, we're left with the dubious concept of angry snowflakes.

Is there a context? Because I'm constructing stories about individuals in British Columbia who think they're all unique and special and the rules don't apply to them, who are angry about something, probably rules being applied to them.
