I was supposed to be on a plane yesterday. Until I got an email from Expedia telling me that part of my flight was cancelled. Specifically, they said, "URGENT: please call..." This was at 3:00, and my flight was 6:10.

I was on hold with Expedia for four hours yesterday before I gave up.

when i was working as a travel agent, i was very serious when i said "expedia is fine except when something goes wrong."

seriously, find a travel agent you can trust who won't rip you off, because when shit like this happens an agent can sort it out in ten minutes.
