That kind of surprises me. She was well behind at one point (though I did think it was kind of early to worry about it). It wasn't even close.
I like Cheri - she presided over the wedding ceremony I organized at the 2003 Worldcon. Personally I don't care for her politics (I'm a centrist), but I think she's a good person. Similarly, I'm kind of surprised Paul Ferreira is losing his seat. Again, I don't agree with him politically, but as a friend (I know him through my bowling league), I like him and I think he was doing a decent job from what I could see (the Globe has quoted him a few times).
Awwww... Rosario lost support. Next time, maybe the Libs just need a few photos of Rosario tending his brother's bar when he's supposed to be working at Queen's Park.
