That National Post article sounds like a lot of what I hear from the conservative talk shows here in the US when it comes to their opinions on how the left tends to view the Israeli-Palestinian issue. Israel can do no wrong, they're a "democracy" and the Arab states aren't, etc. They ignore things like Sabra and Shatilla. I won't bring Qana into it, since there is dispute about those, though I thing those were as bad as any other slaughter that the IDF has been responsible for.
