Let's say I have a Mac application, and my application has three windows. Is there a key combination that allows me to change focus from one window to another? Or must that always involve a mouse?
I cheated and used the online help file. If you're really a keyboard shortcut kind of user, you'll want to look at the shortcut list. In the Finder, go to Mac help. If you use the Index there, go to S and scroll to the entry "shortcut list" -- it links to a slew of smaller lists, including "Shortcuts for windows." There are a zillion other interesting keyboard shortcuts. (I always forget the various screen capture ones.)
Also, some applications (like Terminal) uses command-1, command-2, etc to switch between windows. I find it very handy. But I'll have to try the command-tilde thing, too. :)
