I get shivers up my spine at the La Marseillaise scene, but "Here's to my brother George -- the richest man in town!" is definitely up there, too.

Annie Hall and Sans Soleil. (Most people haven't heard of Sans Soleil, though).

Citizen Kane used to be in the top three but Sans Soleil bumped it. If I were to figure out a top ten, Citizen Kane would be there. And The Shawshank Redemption (which was robbed at the Oscars). And Cinema Paradiso. And probably Unforgiven.
