Canadians have donated $20 million. Not the government. Individual donations. Some days I think that there might be hope for the human race after all.

Plus $40 million from the feds, and a combined $18 million from BC, Ontario and Alberta.

Of course it's poorer...there are foreign places to go, brown people to kill. It's just rush rush rush all the time.
