I couldn't follow the French[*] -- was it pretty much the same as the English text, or a separate parallel message?
I agree that it's awesome that they named things -- more so that they explained why the names apply and why it should be reasonable, not self-marginalizing, to use those names (e.g. "ruling class").
[*] My high school French is weak and rusty, but to the extent that I do understand French, I generally do much better with text than speech. I really need to try to regain that skill. Especially with interesting stuff relevant to things happening everywhere else, happening in Quebec right now.

My high school French is fairly rusty, too, and learning kreyòl ayisyen has made me worse at speaking French.
