bcholmesOn Monday night, I went down to University of Guelph to do my now-standard Haiti delegation talk. The cool part of it was that U of Goo was having International Development Week -- I guess there's a program of International Development studies there. So I got to get up and say harsh things about Canadian international development (and CIDA). The organizers were really cool and on the ball. Quite a good event.
