I haven't explicitly said this before, but a post on a friend's journal prompted me to say:

I strive to make my journal 100% free of talk about dieting, weight loss or any of that "I shouldn't..."-talk where food is concerned, except to post about how problematic I think those things are.

Edit: I guess I do engage in "I shouldn't" talk about food, but usually it's "I shouldn't eat that... it upsets my lactose intolerance."

i just realized my post immediately before my post about "quit bitching about your diets, people" was referencing me trying to give up diet coke because it aggravates my ulcer. heh.
