bcholmesTonight's the night I hafta select my films for the film festival. I'm only going to be able to attend the first half of the festival, so there are a few films I'm not going to have a chance to see. I was particularly interested in seeing A Time to Stir, but it only has one showing near the end of the festival.
The film list is a bit odd this year. There are no films from the Caribbean or Central America (although there's one or two Mexican films). South Africa is the only African country showing a film.
The middle east has odd representation (Iran and Afghanistan each have a film, while Israel has 5).
