Leftist and Hungry

I'm really interested in getting more political conversation in my life. So what I'm thinking about is this. Who would be interested in joining a monthly dinner group organized to discuss lefty politics (possibly with some lefty book discussion)?

The idea would be that on a well-defined schedule, we gather at some restaurant (which changes each month), and have dinner and smalltalk is banned; instead we discuss the state of the world and the neo-liberal agenda, and feminism(s) and some really great books. Any takers?
