Mrrrrrrreeeeooooooowwwww
Sep. 26th, 2004 09:57 pmI have done a lot of things in my life.
I was hit on the head with an axe by my cousin Calvin when I we were both less than four years old. I once shook the hand of then-Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau. I had my own television special on a local TV station. I have vacationed in Jamaica. I have scuba-dived in the Carribean. I have lived, temporarily, in the Netherlands.
I have undergone secret initiation rituals in Haiti. I have been hazed in University. I have been in a car as it flipped end-over-end. I have been to been to 15 consecutive Toronto Trek cons. I have directed a cast of 100.
I have walked across the Canada-US border at the Bluewater Bridge. I have broken my collarbone in a tobagganing accident, and had it reset without surgery or anesthetic. I have been a witness in a criminal trial. I invented my own programme at University. I was in the top 5% in my province on high school math contests.
I have belonged to two (very) different political parties. I've written for the University newspaper. I won a cake when I was in grade 5. I have undergone gender transition. I have marched on Queen's park and I have marched in the Pride parade. I am a published writer.
But until last night, I had never used a circular saw. I am tool woman. Fear me.
