A year ago, I was working on a cellphone payment infrastructure. It was pretty cool -- I got to play with lots of new technology (I actually got to build a "buy a Coke from a vending machine using a cellphone" system, although that hasn't actually gone into production).

Anyway, after a lot of development work for a number of different types of phone applications, Cellbucks has finally gone live. I may have to get a cellphone just to try it out for real.
