Bolivia Weevil

I'd just like to say that if I'm not speaking metaphorically, I'd love to spend some time in Bolivia. I mean, lots of neat stuff seems to be happening in Bolivia. It's only when I speak metaphorically that I want absolutely nothing to do with Bolivia.

Is that a great essay or what?

Me too, I'd love to go to the non-metaphorical Bolivia. And I had my innings with the metaphor.

So you have the women (like my dear friend E.) who are desperate to get into Bolivia. They wait in lines, jump through endless bureaucratic hoops, do what they can.

only my dad calls me E. (well, he calls me my legal name which starts with E.)

i have always been b., however, my legal name is e. and when i was born, my father didn't feel that he knew me well enough to call me b. yet, so sometimes he still calls me e. i think it's adorable. :)

great essay.

I too would like to go to Bolivia. and I think it might be biological. Bolivia didn't matter as much when I was younger.

But the truth is -- I was a Rotary Youth Exchange student in freakin' Santa Cruz, Bolivia, when I was 16! I should know better.

the subject of moving to Bolivia, and the affirmation that we really want to move to Bolivia together, has really intensified my relationship. to the point where I've had to back off and remember that the trip is only theoretical at this point, and it's not worth arguing over things like what we will do IN Bolivia. Because Bolivia sounds CRAZY and like, it's not worth fighting over things there that it's worth here.
