Can anyone recommend a good "This is what you need to know to not die if you become a vegetarian" book?

I can't recommend a book...
Uncle Ben's Black Bean and Rice soup mix is awesome and provides a non-meat complete protein. I like to add tabasco to it.
I also really like it with mexican cornbread...lemme know if ya' want me to hook you up with a recipe.
