More debates than you can shake a stick at

Last night, we watched the US Presidential Debate via the CNN web site. Who knows of a source to watch Wednesday's Federal Leaders debate online?

(I'm really feeling the absence of Sister Mary Alban. I have no one to talk Canadian politics with. I can carry my own talking about the key beats of the US presidential election, but the couple that's running the place, here, know nothing about Canadian politics. I want to talk about what's going on with the NDP. They don't understand who the NDP even are. Le sigh.)

I'll be absolutely flabbergasted if CPAC (http://www.cpac.ca/forms/index.asp?dsp=template&act=view3&template_id=46&lang=e) doesn't stream the debate. If you've got a handle on French (and considering your Haitian connections, I imagine you do), you'll probably want to have it set to "Floor" audio instead of English.

Hunh, I sort of assumed it would be on cbc.ca. I'll look.

The NDP candidate in my new riding is giving the incumbent a run for his money, and now is getting recommended in Strategic Voting guides ... This is really cool, but also kind of scary, like what we do matters.

the paramour voted NDP for the first time ever. *he he he*. maybe it's my good influence!

i would expect CPAC and the CBC to stream the debates. actually, quite possibly all the major news outlets might; they're all getting so hip with the internets.

Buy a TV antenna for $10 at Radio Shack. That's what I did. I never miss election debates or election results on CBC.

It may need rather a longer antenna from Haiti.

It didn't work in Kingston, either.

Oh, I thought BC was still in Toronto. The CN Tower works wonders.

Could ask a friend to record it off TV and upload the torrent.
