Succumbed

I've succumbed. I've finally started torrenting. I've caught up on Heroes, and now I'm going through Torchwood.

pick it up already...you've gotta move on Eureka while there's still only a dozen eps.

M's been torrentung Torchwood for a while, and I just saw the first episode. Let me know what you think of it.

I'll be catching up on Heroes tonight. I opted to play board games last night while the latest episode was airing and got soundly chastised for not having seen it so [livejournal.com profile] okoshun could talk to me about it.

Torchwood has been a moment of sanity in my otherwise completely fucked up life right now.

Hey, I have a book of yours by the way, I need to get it back to you.

Love,
D

I'm pretty irritated with Torchwood actually -- I find it dull, poorly written and cringe-inducing. Sex scenes and drooling over Captain Jack can only carry a series so far in my book.

I've been torrenting Dexter, and aside from the improbable and silly premise, I think it's a fantastic show.

I still think that calapine puts it best -- especially here ("The Brigadier would have a fit if he knew about this place. I tell a lie. ... He'd ... raise an eyebrow. Then he'd have the whole lot of them shipped out and get some people in who'd gone through a psych examination first.")
