Whatever Happened to the Just Society?

An interesting recap of Martin's comments on the Arar case from the Toronto Star.

I've made no secret of the fact that I think that I dislike Paul Martin as our Prime Minister. Question is: what to do about it? It seems clear to me that a Liberal government is better than most of the alternatives. (And I doubt that the NDP could take control of the house, although they'll almost certainly have my vote).

I'm not even sure that a minority Liberal government will be that great an idea, as it's not clear to me that the Liberals will necessarily ally with the NDP. An alliance with the Bloc makes me very nervous.

So, I think the ideal would be to elect the Liberals, but unelect Martin. No tall order, I'm sure, as the home ridings of party leaders are usually darn secure.
