OpenOffice/LibreOffice occasionally switches the measurement unit to "line". As in, "paragraph spacing 0.02 line". Whatever that means. And I still haven't been able to figure out a) what causes it to do this or b) how to get it to stop. Really annoying. Software! Argh!
